This past Sunday, we spent at the lake with the family, it was great fun to see everyone and to have Jay play with his cousins!

Sabbath School Birthday

Jay had a little 'birthday celebration' in sabbath school class this past Saturday.

He got to sit at the front, and everyone sang happy birthday to him and he blew out the candle on his fake cake :)

The leaders at sabbath school gave him a sticker and a cool book about sharing!

Birthday Party

These are only a FEW of the 80 some odd pictures I took of Jay's first birthday party.

We had it at Opa-Opa's house on Saturday and we had such a blast! The weather was great, the company was great, the food was great...etc etc etc :)

Jay had a lot of fun, he loved the balloons and he had an interesting time eating his birthday cupcake.

These are just a few really unattractive random photos of me (ick) and my son.

Never mind the fact that I look like a drowned rat, I had just gotten out of the shower and look all pasty (which isn't too far a stretch from normal).

Anyway, Jay was being cute and crawling all over me and smooching me and saying 'mama, mama' in the sweetest little tone.

GOSH, I'm so flipping lucky ... LOL!

Fathers Day

This was Chris' first 'official' fathers day. Last year, fathers day fell on the 19th and we had both expected Jay a little earlier than he came, so I had already bought a fathers day card for Chris from me and one from his newborn son. Well, his son decided to wait until the day AFTER fathers day and was born on the 20th.

Here are my two handsome dudes...in their 'matching' t-shirts.

Chris loves these t-shirts. I think I like the "My Daddy is a Geek" t-shirt better :)

 

July 4th Mini-book

I had made this a while back, but had forgotten to post it.
I made it for my mother in law, I still have to add the pictures to it, but it's for July 4th week when everyone is down/up/wherever :)

It has an area in the back flaps for photos of all 4 of her grandkids.

I love it :) Can't wait to see it when I can finally put some pictures in it :)
